hhhh...finally......
finally after 1 month process recruitment, I got the job in Excelcomindo pratama... what a relief... =)) =))
It’s started on d end of Nov 2005 before lebaran holiday.. After I emailed them, 1-2 day after I got a called to come to their office to have a psychology, English & computer test... I don’t hope much at that time coz hmm... frankly I am a perfectionist person and I thought my answer is not perfect enough... :D but u know what I got another called the week after to have an interview on Friday morning... I am very nervous.. I really want to have this job.. I can’t not be relax... but I try explained all my works in fujitsu.... after 40 minutes interview.. It’s over although I am not satisfied with all my answer I trying to be nothing to lose…
So I went to the gym with indah n watching Harry potter in semanggi 21…
While I am on the movie my cell phone is ringing… its from XL.. They inform me to have a medical test tomorrow morning… I am surprised.. I am not expecting I will have the chance… usually medical test is a final test for all process recruitment..
Monday morning... talk to pak sindhu , ade n pak rasyid to gave me a reference... hehehe...
Tuesday morning I got a call again from XL.. talking about my referencer ... she selecting my referencer n decided not to call pak rasyid... but its okay I think Pak sindhu n ade is enough...
Tuesday afternoon ... one of XL HR called me .... It’s a bad news..hiks… I have an urethra infection.. But they give a time to heal this infection.. hahahha..its not an easy process too….during my healing treatment I got my period so it will distract my 2nd urine test… my emotion always up n down… (hhhh… thanks god I passed all that kind situation…. ) So I have to inform XL that I have to postpone my 2nd test.. at this time I have two things I have to thinking about my chance on XL n my health... what a burden... hhhhhh......
On wed night I have an urine test on my doctor clinic… its one day after my period n the result is the bacteria its not gone yet.. huahhh…. I almost gave up.. But my doctor said I have to try to have the test on the Friday morning … he double my medicine… but I don’t hope too much now…
Friday morning 2 Dec 2005…
Hmm… okay let’s do it…. What ever will be… so will be…. :D
I went to medika plaza to have the urine test… its 7.30 AM… after I gave them my urine.. hehehe.. So I wait… but the nurse told me that the doctor will come on the afternoon.. hhh.. Miscommunication I thought it’s on 9 AM… so I came back to the office and return to medika on the 11 AM…
When I entering the doctor room.. He gave me a big smile on his face… He told me that the bacteria are gone… huaaa….. I senyum2 bengong ( inggrisnya apa yah..hihihihi ) … hihihihi.. I passed the test… yippppiieeee………. I got it.. But I’m not sure until XL told me…. Hihihi… so for 4 days I am waiting XL to call me… hehehhe…. N I become impatient.. So I called them.. Hahahaha….. They told me informally I have the position but they still make the offering letter… :D
On the wed morning 7 dec 2005… 7.56 AM… XL called me.. Inform me they offering… although its not fit with my request.. But its okay.. They gave me more than fujitsu gave to me…
Hehehhe… I jumped with a thrill … I’m happy like never been … I’m so happy…
Calling my friends told them I got the job… hhhhhh….. I’m so happy….
Hahahha..this is the time.. The time to tell my boss that I am resigning from fujitsu… hahahha boss dodols… she is very glad I am out.. And as always.. Thinking only for her needs…. And using her power to do so.. I have a little arguing with her… upset me a little… she really need to have a training about her attitude…. Hahahhaa….
I don’t want this little distraction make me feel bad… So I ignore her.. XL still wants to wait for me to join their corporation…
Thursday… my boss told me that her boss wants to talk to me directly about why I want to resign… hehehe…. She even telling me that she has a lot to do and she become frustrated too…. Hahhaha…. Like I care.. :p
Friday 11.00 AM… I signing my offering letter at XL.. n I return to fujitsu ….
Friday 13.15 PM… the Japanese boss asks me to have a conversation with him…
Happily I inform him that I already sign my contract…hehehhe… and he become silent… n say.. So its official.. u have decided…? Yes I have… *grin: D… why?
Hmm… I thought to negotiate with u if ur reason only just for money… hmm… sorry sir .. but its not only money.. :D
I have a long conversation with him.. About the situation on fujitsu.. I hope he consider about my thought.. so he can be more sensitive about all employee feel about fujitsu .. I hope it will make fujitsu better…
So now… 24 days to my last day on fujitsu…
I hope I will have ….
A good boss on XL..
A bunch of nice friends…
A nice environments of works..
A good company…
A better future…..
